What Powder Is Used For DTF Printing?
DTF powder has been specifically formulated for use with DTF printing. DTF Powder is applied to DTF prints after printing. This DTF transfer adhesive powder is applied to DTF prints after printing by manually dipping or through a built-in powder shaker on the machine.
Hot stamping powder process can be evenly spread through the powder process on hot stamping film, strong adhesion, washing fastness, good water resistance, fast drying speed.

Work Process of DTF Powder
- Print the image onto the matte side of film in mirror mode. (CMYK>>White Ink)
- Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove the excess powder
- Hovering to bake the hot melt powder (110°C, 5min)
- Transfer the image by heat press at 140°C for 15sec with medium pressure
- Cold Peel (remove the film gently)
- Heat press again for curing with medium pressure
