Does the Print Head of 60CM DTF Printer Need Cleaning Frequently?
It is recommended to clean the print head frequently, minimum maintenance makes long lasting production.
1. Move 60cm DTF printer head back to capping station at far right end and make print head and moisturizing cap tightly integrated.
2. First clean moisturizing sponge with a special cleaning fluid, and then pour cleaning fluid on sponge to soak it.
3. Turn off the power of printer.
4.Leave DTF printer in this state overnight.
How to Solve Ink Mixing of 60 cm DTF Printer?
Ink is mixed with different colors, resulting in incorrect color performance of printed picture, such as color deviation, impure color, mixed color and so on.
Main reasons for occurrence of ink mixing in 60cm DTF printer are as follows:
1.Wiper is dirty: wiper of 60cm DTF printer is dirty, which will cause problem of ink mixing, so wiper of printer can be cleaned regularly.
2.If cleaning function of capping station is reduced, it is easy to cause problem of ink mixing in printing. At this time, it is necessary to maintain and replace capping station components.
3.Negative pressure of ink supply system: negative pressure of ink supply system will cause ink to return, then problem of ink mixing will occur. Damage to damper, air leakage and poor sealing of ink supply system of I3200 DTF printer will lead to negative pressure in ink supply system.
Tips for DTF printing

Store your inks properly! Ink must be kept at room temperature, therefore storing your ink/printer in outside will not do your DTF products any good. This is because cold weather could cause the ink freeze. If happened, it will spoil the stability of the ink and ultimately block print heads.
You must make sure to make the film cool after pressing it before peeling. This is because our products are designed for cold peel.
Always aggravate your white ink. White ink needs to be kept moving as white ink always settles and could ultimately cause a block in the print head.
